Challenge 

In aviation, every hour of downtime costs millions. Gulfstream needed metrology-grade accuracy of an underwing section to design a repair plan and manufacture replacement parts remotely. Traditional measurement methods were too slow and prone to error, threatening repair schedules and increasing operational costs.

OTS deployed a 3D Scanner, capturing the full geometry of the damaged underwing section with unmatched speed and accuracy. The data was processed into high-resolution STL files, perfectly suited for CAD modelling and manufacturing.
